Pet Acceptance Policy

• As per CAAB regulations, pets are not allowed in the cabin.
• Pets/animals must be minimum 105 days old
• Pet must have a valid anti-rabies vaccination.
• Only rigid containers with a secured door are acceptable.
• One animal per container is allowed unless animals are used to cohabiting.
• Containers must be large enough for the animal to stand naturally, turn around, and lie down.
• A water container must be provided if required.
• Maximum container dimension: 100 x 78 x 69 cm.
• Pets must be clean, healthy, odorless, not pregnant, not sedated, and harmless.
• Pets/animals must be presented at the check-in counter at least 1 hour before departure.
• If the pet is not accompanied by the owner, a written authorization from the owner is required.
