QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Aeronautical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering. This educational qualification is relaxed to HSC with previous experience in the field of Technical and Planning Services and performed relevant courses.
- GPA 4.00 at least in SSC & HSC
- CGPA 3.00 at least in Honors
- Candidates having O Level/A Level will be given preference
- At Least 4 years of experience in relevant field is preferred

JOB DESCRIPTIONS
- Responsible for oversight of PFI and managing PFI qualifying applications for onwards submission to Quality Assurance.
- Responsible for the development, amendment, approve process, and CAME, AMP, MEL, and logbooks, including ATL, DML, and CDL.
- Analyze effectiveness of aircraft maintenance program through Reliability Program.
- Managing accomplishment of Airworthiness Directives timely, and evaluation of all Technical Literatures.
- Assess all Non mandatory modification in the fleet, and their implementation (if applicable)
- Responsible for arranging mass & balance, whenever affected.
- Responsible for Check flight Co-ordination.
- Perform competence assessment annually and arrange required training.
- Responsible for implementation of all SMS activities.
- Compile Fleet Reliability Report, for timely publication and distribution.
- Ensure maintaining aircraft defect analysis and history of defects of the fleet, report, take required action with in consultation with OEM.
- Share Mandatory Occurrence Report, AWARE data and all liaison with OEM.
- Perform other activities assigned by the management or superiors from time to time.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience as a Technical Manager, Engineering & Reliability Under Engineering Department.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of interacting with individuals at all levels of the organization.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software applications.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude and exceptional interpersonal skills, coupled with a customer service-oriented approach.
