The country's most preferred airline brand is hiring for the position of “Executive" under the department of Administration.

 

QUALIFICATION(S):

  • Bachelor of Any Discipline
  • MBA degree will be preferred
  • GPA 4.00 at least in SSC & HSC
  • CGPA 3.00 at least in Honors/BBA
  • Candidates having O Level/A Level will be given preference
  • At Least 2 years of experience in relevant field is preferred
  • Experience in Airline and group of Companies is preferred
  • Freshers are also encouraged to apply


JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

  • Monitor and assist the day-to-day operation of the administrative Department.
  • Negotiate and resolve daily problems on any administrative issue.
  • Ensure a risk-free work environment through preventing unexpected safety hazards and formulating risk mitigation plan.
  • Routine visits to all of the company premises to ensure good housekeeping and maintenance of hygiene.
  • Ensure smooth operation of all company owned houses, commercial spaces by monitoring and controlling operating expenses, maintenance of fixed assets, timely disbursement of different utility bills and taxes etc.
  • Ensure cost minimization in every negotiation and agreement activity such as rent negotiation, lease agreement, payment adjustment etc.
  • Liaise with government regulatory authority offices and other relevant agencies or organization related to company’s business. Take necessary action for renewal of various licenses issued by government organization in time.
  • Liaise with the emergency services, law enforcing agencies, medical facilities, fire service etc. to resolve issues and security and service.
  • Liaise with other departments for smooth operation of the company.
  • Maintain necessary paper works in the office for record-keeping, correspondence and update relevant files, insurance copies and licenses and arrange timely submission of Govt. returns and payment of all bills and Govt. dues bills like telephone, electricity, water, gas, postal etc.
  • Ensure longevity of all assets such as furniture, electrical instruments and setting arrangements by confirming regular maintenance activities and check all electrical equipment’s, machineries, etc. is working properly.
  • Ensure a comfortable and enjoyable work environment by maintaining a soothing and reasonable atmosphere through proper management of canteen, tea and snacks arrangement, prayer room, conference room and support staff.
  • Ensure a positive attitude towards Visitors so that they keep good company image by managing in a smart and professional way like providing protocol services, maintaining schedule directives and arranging proper refreshments.
  • Arrange Board meeting/ meeting.
  • Check availability and utilize office stationaries.
  • Perform other activities assigned by the management or superiors from time to time.

 

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Executive, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of interacting with individuals at all levels of the organization.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software applications.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • A positive attitude and exceptional interpersonal skills, coupled with a customer service-oriented approach.

 

SALARY:;Negotiable.
