The country's most preferred airline brand is hiring for the position of "Executive, Scheduling" under the department of Flight Operations.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Scheduling of flight crew by maintaining Flight Duty Time Limitation as per ANO (Ops) and Company regulations
- Revising crew roster as and when required.
- Maintaining records of changes in crew schedule due to request from crew member or their sickness.
- Ensure tracking of all pilots of training and licensing.
- Co-coordinating with OCC for smooth operation of the flights.
- Maintaining and tracking of flight and duty hours records of flight crew and ensure that no limits are exceeded and all restrictions are adhered to.
- Processing and maintaining records of completed training and checks for all individual flight crew, i.e. compulsory checks, PPC, base checks, Instrument rating renewals, Line checks, Safety checks, etc. and advise fleet chiefs whenever such training/ checks are necessary for flight crew.
- Being available out of duty hours in case of operational requirement.
- Monitoring the crew roster.
- Assist in executing training and checking of flight crew as per the direction of Head of Training.
- Keep track of the training requirements of the flight crew to ensure that all requirements of license are valid.
- Prepare and process the bill for extra flying hours of flight crew and resolve anomalies in this regard, if any.

- Maintain record of flight hours of individual flight crew.
- Initiate the process of salary increment of flight crew as per company policy.
- Any other task as advised or instructed by the DFO, DGM, Manager/Assistant Manager Training/ Ops as and when required.
QUALIFICATION(S)
- BSc in CSE/ Mathematics/ Statistics
- Candidates having O Level/A Level will be given preference
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- Age 23 to 28 years.
- Both males and females are allowed to apply.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent computer literacy specially in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other relevant software applications.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of interacting with individuals at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
